Great local pharmacy. If you've never used a local pharmacy I would strongly suggest that you give them a try, but you can potentially save a great deal of money. The will take their time and talk with you. Help you find generic alternatives. But the very best part is that they know you and look out you like a CVS never will.

I’ve been coming to Apex Pharmacy since prior to the Covid-19 pandemic for my prescriptions. Mr Magarira is always pleasant, timely and professional. I’ve not had a problem with refills nor new prescriptions from my physicians. I would recommend Apex Pharmacy for your all of your prescription needs

Excellent pharmacy and pharmacist. Watched out for us for many years to provide best for our needs and keeping costs in line. Beyond that, William is a fine person to know

I have been using this Pharmacist for over a year now. William is wonderful. Always nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. I switched to Apex Pharmacy after being fed up with Walgreens and all of their shenanigans. Apex Pharmacy does not have a drive thru and the weekend hours are limited but in my opinion these minor inconveniences are totally worth it considering the professional service you will receive from William. I would highly recommend giving Apex Pharmacy a try if you are looking for a Pharmacist who truly cares about your wellbeing.

William has saved my family at least $1000 this year, by switching from Walgreens just down the street. People complaining about William should be ashamed, this guy has true character and is a great pharmacist. He called my MD to switch us to a generic saving us $160 per visit. The review on here about him being a stocker is hilarious and whoever wrote it needs to take their anxiety meds before writing google reviews.

William (owner) and Banele are two of the brightest and nicest folks I've ever met. When you walk in their door, I don't feel like an order number or a member ID card, I feel like a human being. If you are looking for a local, independent pharmacy in Apex and don't want to settle for second best, give them a visit! Plus they do compounding. Last time we spoke, he shared with me that he was the first PCAB accredited pharmacy in Apex. (There's only a handful of others in all of Wake County who've achieved that.) Looked it up. It seems like a pretty big deal, and I like working with folks who want to be the best at what they do. Folks like William.

When our baby needed a compounded medicine after a delay with our provider, Apex Pharmacy so kindly followed up with our provider on our behalf. Not only that, but they personally delivered to our door after hours to make sure our baby got what she needed.

What can I say about William. He is a pharmacist that truly goes above and beyond. 10+ years as a customer and he had come through more times than I can count. I wish him great luck in his soon to open new location near Publix on Kelly Road.

Apex Pharmacy is truly the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. The entire team is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their patients. They always go above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled accurately and on time, and they are always willing to answer any questions with patience and kindness.
